Shipping & Return Policy


Please allow 2-3 days for order processing, and 7-10 business days for your order to be received post-processing and shipment.
Tracking information will be sent via email to the email address used to place your order once your order has been fulfilled and shipped. Please ensure the correct email address is input during your purchase; we will not change email addresses.
Please confirm your shipping address to prevent delays or loss. Thee Legacy Continues cannot be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered on our website during checkout. We also cannot modify sizing or shipping after orders are in queue and processing.
All orders are shipped via USPS, unless addressed to a USPS PO Box or Military FPO/APO/DPO, or express shipping is purchased. Shipping confirmations will include tracking numbers and are emailed when orders have been shipped. Thee Legacy Continues cannot be responsible for any shipping delays caused by unforeseen world events or issues within the corporate USPS system. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Thee Legacy Continues! Please review our return policy below:
Returns for Store Credit: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for STORE CREDIT ONLY. All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE. Only store credit will be issued.
Exclusions: Shipping, taxes, and discounts are excluded, and the store credit amount is for the amount of merchandise purchased only.
Initiating a Return: Please contact our customer service team at INFO@THEELEGACYCONTINUES.COM to initiate your return/exchange.
Condition of Items: All items being returned for store credit must be in the original condition (unless product was sent with a defect), with its original packaging within 7 days.
Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for store credit. Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for defective items being returned.
Timeframe: Items returned after 7 days upon delivery of the order will not be accepted, and there will be no store refund or refund issued. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RETURN POLICY.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and transported to us for your store credit to be issued.

Pre Orders

During a designated window of time, we will offer Pre-Orders for select items, which we will announce through email and our social media channels. If you miss the Pre-Order window, you'll need to wait until the next product restock.
