I fully understand and agree to the terms and conditions upon purchasing:

  1. I have reviewed and agree to Thee Legacy Continues’ Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Pre-Order Policy prior to completing my purchase.

  2. I understand that ALL PRE-ORDER ITEMS AND CUSTOMIZED/MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CHARGEBACKS.

  3. I confirm that I have selected the correct item(s), quantity, size(s), color(s), shipping method, and customization details before submitting my order.

  4. I confirm that my shipping address, billing address, and email address entered at checkout are accurate and complete. Thee Legacy Continues is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect customer information entered at checkout.

  5. I understand that order processing times and shipping speeds are separate. Shipping timelines begin AFTER ORDER PROCESSING IS COMPLETED. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST for expedited shipping may ship the following business day.

  6. I understand that Thee Legacy Continues does NOT process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

  7. I understand that delivery dates provided by USPS, UPS, or other carriers are ESTIMATES ONLY and are not guaranteed by Thee Legacy Continues.

  8. I understand that once my package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, THEE LEGACY CONTINUES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, MISDELIVERED, OR DELAYED PACKAGES. Packages marked as DELIVERED are considered fulfilled orders and are not eligible for refunds or chargebacks.

  9. I understand that failure to read product descriptions, sizing details, processing timelines, or website policies does NOT qualify my order for cancellation, refund, exchange, or dispute.

  10. I understand that approved returns, if applicable, are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY within the stated return window and that filing fraudulent chargebacks after agreeing to these terms may result in refusal of future service and submission of supporting documentation to my payment provider.

Shipping, Return, & Pre Order Policy

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. 

Once processed, orders are shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout:

• Standard Shipping ($9.99): USPS Ground Advantage, estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after shipment
• Express Shipping ($20): UPS 2 Day Air, estimated delivery within 2 business days after shipment
• Next Day Air ($47): UPS Next Day Air, estimated delivery within 1 business day after shipment

Please Note:
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST for Express Shipping or Next Day Air will be processed and shipped the following business day.
• We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
• Shipping speeds apply after processing time has been completed. 

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped. Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping and email information at checkout.

Thee Legacy Continues is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages, carrier delays, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect customer information entered at checkout.

Once a package has been transferred to USPS, UPS, or another shipping carrier, all delivery-related issues must be resolved directly with the carrier using the tracking information provided. Packages marked as delivered are considered fulfilled orders and are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or chargebacks.

Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Thee Legacy Continues! Please review our return policy below:
Returns for Store Credit: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for STORE CREDIT ONLY. All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE. Only store credit will be issued.
Exclusions: Shipping, taxes, and discounts are excluded, and the store credit amount is for the amount of merchandise purchased only.
Initiating a Return: Please contact our customer service team at INFO@THEELEGACYCONTINUES.COM to initiate your return/exchange.
Condition of Items: All items being returned for store credit must be in the original condition (unless product was sent with a defect), with its original packaging within 7 days.
Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for store credit. Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for defective items being returned.
Timeframe: Items returned after 7 days upon delivery of the order will not be accepted, and there will be no store refund or refund issued. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RETURN POLICY.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and transported to us for your store credit to be issued.

Pre Order Policy

Pre-Order items are products offered for purchase before inventory is physically in stock. Estimated production and shipping timelines will be listed within each product description.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING:
- ALL PRE-ORDER SALES ARE FINAL.
- NO CANCELLATIONS.
- NO REFUNDS.
- NO EXCHANGES.

By purchasing a Pre-Order item, you acknowledge and agree to the stated production timeline and understand that shipping dates are estimates, not guarantees. Pre-Order timelines may be affected by manufacturing schedules, customs clearance, shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of Thee Legacy Continues’ control. Customers who file chargebacks for acknowledged Pre-Order purchases may be permanently banned from future purchases. If your order contains both in-stock and Pre-Order items, your order may ship together once all items become available unless otherwise stated.
